Students write about a person, experience, or observation that they hope they never forget.
Students discuss metaphor and simile.
Students workshop their stories and poems.
Class 7
Students close read a photo together to build observational skills.
Students workshop their stories or poetry with the class.
Class 8
Students discuss tips for revision that they have learned over the semester.
Students workshop each other's work.
